Bookings
All bookings are made through HG Travel Head Office in Hanoi.
Payment
The payment is due at the latest 2 weeks prior to the start of tour. Payment shall be made either by credit card or bank transfer in US dollars, into the following account:

Cancellation
In case of cancellation, fees will be charged accordingly to the day that official notice in writing is received at Hanoi Office:
For FIT (below 5 rooms)
- 15 to 30 days before arrival date: No charge
- 10 to 15 days before arrival date: 10% of tour price
- 7 to 10 days before arrival date: 20% of tour price
- 1 to 7 days before arrival date: 50% of tour price
- No show: 100% of tour price
For GIT (above 5 rooms)
- 30 to 45 days before arrival date: No charge
- 25 to 30 days before arrival date: 10% of tour price
- 15 to 25 days before arrival date: 20% of tour price
- 7 to 15 days before arrival date: 50% of tour price
- 3 to 7 days before arrival date: 85% of tour price
- No show: 100% of tour price
Any cancellation due to irresistible reasons such as wars, strikes, earthquakes, etc. will be subject to no charge.
Warranty
HG Travel will commit all the services as confirmed and stated in tour confirmation. However we are not reliable for any injury, loss or damage the travelers suffers during their journey due to circumstances beyond HG Travel's control.
Once we send out tour confirmation, we send all full information on places and destinations. We will not hold any responsibility due to the fact that these destinations change appearances due to any irresistible reasons. In this case, we will arrange the visit to alternative with similar costs.
Visa Arrangement
If HG Travel agrees to arrange visas and/or similar documents, we shall act on behalf of our clients. Any risks due to the refusal of the respective government to issue such documents shall be borne by the organizer alone. |
